What are some of the best things about your team?
Our agencies and staff are great. There are so many examples of our clinicians, agency leaders, sales AE's going over and beyond to help and care for patients. We have so many people who are passionate about caring for other people and living our mission, It's all about helping people!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation and benefits are average with most companies. Some pay higher but LHC is about in the middle. Best part of my compensation package is the Stock package which is also average for my position with most comparable companies expect LHC stock is doing well. Love that!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love our mission is It's all about helping people. Our clinicians and agency staff walk this out every day. People caring for people! Love the people who started this company are still the head of this company so the mission doesn't get lost in the pursuit to make more money like some company's
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Love the company was started by Ginger & Keith Myers to help care for people. It's great they are still over the company with the core value of people caring for people. Not run by Investors solely focused only on making more money at any cost and forget the business is people caring for people!
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy the work I do helps people who need care have an advocate to get the care and services they need, deserve, and paid for while they were working. So many seniors worked hard all their lives are now home struggling needing care. I love I'm part of the solution to getting them what they need
