I have been with LHC since they came to the Metro New Orleans area in 2013. From 2013- 2019 we had a very great team an ED who genuinely cared about our patients and all team members.. Our office has become more negative in the past 2 years. There are some team mates just lazy .
What makes you most happy at work?
Being out trying to recruit and going on volunteer assessments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the people in my office work as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My ED is laid back as long as you perform your job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team members are great to work with we help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have 9 yrs.in Hospice management, I would love to be able to use that experience to elevate my role as Volunteer Coordinator and be more beneficial to my office. ,
