Poor orientation in the beginning and poor support. No feedback until yearly evaluation and then was blind sided. Coming to work for this company was like walking back into the past 10+ years as far as all aspects regarding equipment, compensation, benefits. LHC needs to update all aspects.

bringing all up to date for compensation and benefits. LHC is 10+ years behind with this aspect.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better benefits and pay. Bring bonuses back. Adequate furniture and equipment for use at work. More pleasant people in charge and willing to listen and address issues in a calm manner. More transparency within the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
rewarding all for the work that is completed daily. Pay is inadequate for what is expected of each team member. Reducing drama and approaching issues calmly and professionally. Better benefits are a must considering competition with other home health agencies and hospital pay rates.
