Honestly, seeing our nurses and caregivers. They are always upbeat and ready to start the day with a smile and positive energy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well together. We try to support each other especially on those days when schedules need to be shifted due to PRN visits and schedule changes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team values the opinion and input of each employee. We have regular scheduled monthly staff meetings as well as scheduled weekly one on one meetings. This is a perfect opportunity to speak openly with other employees and our leaders.
