Being in control of my day scheduling patients as patients needs
What are some of the best things about your team?
Field staff I work with are all very accommodating to each other and eager to anwser questions if needed to take care of our patients needs
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our local management is interested in keeping our entire team employed. They work to ensure we are growing with new programs for our patients and in turn physicians are giving referrals for patient needs and for our services and programs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I am not confined within a office or workspace. I enjoy home care and the freedom that gives WITH treating patients in their own environment. Being outdoors doing therapy is a Beautiful Thing! Of this is limited by weather and patient preferences but generally very positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not so much under valued. I have 30 years working experience, 13 years with this company. 2 years ago Therapy took a large cut in pay. I don't feel the cuts were fair across the board. My years of experience compared to coworkers with less experience are being paid very close to my pay.
