My office is great.. Are transition was horrid with LHC. Team did not feel supported, valued or heard.. That had to come from leadership in the office but not corporate.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My office has a great culture.. I have not had enough interaction with LHC as a whole to say.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Truly meeting them where they are.. What works in one location may not work in another. Example: We have no access to a 24/7 pharmacy.. If we need bowel care at 1am we have to call in a pharmacist at 75.00. Sometimes the feeling is not about helping people but set standard for all.
