Good and bad. We are currently experiencing some leadership challenges, staffing shortages, and some personality "issues" that will likely be overcome...over time.

Hospice care is extremely gratifying.

I am performing a job that is very satisfying.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with some great people. They poor their heart and soul into hospice care.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Who is our executive team? I don't know who they are or how to contact them. This is a glaring problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better mileage reimbursement. When the Federal Government authorizes $0.56 a mile and we are only being reimbursed $0.44 is not a great incentive. Also, a 2% increase annually doesn't even track with a realistic rate of inflation.
