I love LHC, however their are a lot of imporvments that could be done as a company to compete in todays market and retain the employees that has been loyal and stuck through thick and thin of the up's and downs.

We see each other the same and not by our differences
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the pay is under market value for most positions especially after COVID. It takes non-clinical and clinical staff to run a great agency, but nothing is ever done to retain the office staff, but they will give more money and incentives to clinical staff quickly.
