The positive culture of LHC gives me a strong sense of pride in the organization. It's true what that if you "love what you do , you never work a day in your life." Leadership is supportive and approachable , and motivate employees. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!

I love the transparency of the leadership team! The entire leadership team in the NE took time to travel across the area informing Branch leaders of upcoming ventures and goals.
