Overall I love my job, but compensation is a big issue, currently I'm torn between staying at a job I love or taking another job due to pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our compensation is nearly 10 less than anywhere around here, I love my job and the work I do, but I also have a family to support
