My work is valued by my patients and the company. I can usually maintain my work-life balance. On call should be better compensated, our benefits are mediocre and we earn PTO at a poor rate compared to most companies in our area.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have almost 20 years experience, I work hard for my patients and I know several agencies that pay more money for comparable work. On call time (calls and visits ) are generally paid by other agencies at least time and a half or double time, from different budget category.
