Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In 2019 we were cut back down to base salaries after 12 years of service they cut me 15k a year and i still haven't made it back to that rate yet

Get rid of inadequate leadership. Leadership sits at home and talks about the challenges someone on the road has and ways to improve without doing it. That's like me telling a cardiologist how to perform a bypass.
