What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the field staff will always find the humor in work. it doesn't matter where it is. the drive, the antics of a family, how hard the work is, they always find the light side.
What are some of the best things about your team?
the staff with figure out a way to get anything done for a patient. I have seen them move patients all over the place to accommodate a crisis or admit or even a vacation. It's amazing what they will do for each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
when Jules Galiouras comes to the office, he's always full of energy and speaks to everyone, the same when Christa Puckett would come. Now we have new people and I don't have a clue who they are. Abby, in marketing is the only one who has introduced herself. I can't say anything about the others
