I love the idea of a faith based org. You can just feel the difference. I was so excited when I came here and landed my "dream job". Then recently there was a change. Although I will always step up to the challenge, I was sad to loose my dream job without the chance to really do it.

This is a true group of "friends" and "family like" team that cares deeply about this community.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think my direct regional VP is a genuine good person. She seems to really care about the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Spiritual based companies are my favorite. There is a true feeling of a higher power influencing this team and company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is not in line with the market for myself or our team. We cannot compete and recruit being 8-10% behind what our competitors are paying.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the concept of what we are building. There are so many opportunities and out of the box opportunites that we can being to do to increase the services we do for our patients.
