Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus and incentives for working, showing up, doing my job excellently. I do not appreciate my bonus going to a purpose fund when cost of living is so high right now, we are working through covid, and working hard, short staffed. I feel very undervalued.
