What do you like best about the leadership team?

The camaraderie is generally pretty good.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The director and nurses are amazing. They really care about the patients and each other. In most respects, it's a very supportive positive environment.

What makes you most happy at work?

Meaningful patient/family interactions in which I know that I have made a dying individual's last days as loving and comfortable as is humanly possible. I also really enjoy teaching hospice philosophy, eol topics, and anything else the families and patients want/ need to discuss around their loved o

What are some of the best things about your team?

There are a couple of care partners that make me honestly dread coming to work; however, when I don't have to work with them, I look forward to coming to work and interacting with my co workers,, who , with the exception of a couple are the best I've ever worked with.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

OUR RETIREMENT AT 2% OF ANNUAL SALARY THAT ONLY FULLY VESTS AT 5 YEARS IS DISGRACEFUL. THE NURSE'S SALARIES ARE NOT COMPETETIVE WITH MARKET. THE HEALTH BENEFITS REQUIRE US TO PAY WAY TOO MUCH OUT OF POCKET, AND DENTAL CHOICES ARE LIMITED. WE DONT GET A SCRUB ALLOWANCE. I ALSO FEEL UNDERVALUED WHEN
