Have worked for Angels of Mercy for 12 years and thru 3 owners. The people at the office I work out of and the patients are why I am still there. I work prn now. I not sure I am happy with the way the company is going. Seem to be losing focus of why we are there which is the patient.

Wonderful clinical director. Really cares about her staff.
What makes you most happy at work?
Taking care of my patients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The constant increase in time required to compete documentation need to be better compensated. Need to put focus back on patient, not on documentation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard to say since seems to be constant turnover. I work prnnow and do know every many of them since opportunities to interact have been limited past few years.
