6 pillars with everything that is discussed follow the most important factors of what we do and touch each and every day. It is driven CEO down at every level.

My supervisor is a professional role model that is and has been extremely supportive to me as a leader. She cares about me professionally and personally. Her commitment and compassion is inspiring. I appreciate and respect my RVP and president as well as how they collaborate to make improvements.
