I feel like an important part of the team. Everyone is kind and respectful.

My leadership team actually puts people first. I feel supported and valued when I need their guidance. I've never had a corporation care what I think before.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I miss getting small bonuses in my new position, but I have gotten raises and competitive compensation for the community. For field and office staff, I've seen retention bonuses successful in keeping good staff. However, it's not just about compensation, i am truly proud of the company i work for.
