What makes you most happy at work?
Not being cold. Having friends at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The building and people are pleasant.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate well with each other. We have fun at work as well. It makes work enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am not in contact with the leadership team on a normal basis. They are rarely seen or available around Home Office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. The raises do not reflect inflation or increasing benefit prices. Our insurance premiums go up annually and gas prices go up annually and we still only get a 2% raise/no raise at all if there is a freeze which does not cover either inflation.
