I have been with LHC a little under a year and have already made an advance in my career with them! The environment within my team is always positive and encouraging. Leadership takes you seriously and encourages you to do well individually and professionally.

The option to chose from 3 different health care plans to suit everyone's needs as not everyone's are the same.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy interacting with the various referral sources and the public. Being able to know you are making a difference when it comes to patient care is my favorite part
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all extremely helpful when it comes to asking questions as a new person on the team. No one turns you away or acts as if you are inconveniencing them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The upper management team in my division/region are amazing. They want people to succeed and do well in the company. They were very encouraging and uplifting when I originally showed interest in my new position.
