Patients and co workers are great. Company itself is lacking, does not pay federal mileage rate, does not take into account the time and productivity it takes to provide WOUND care, CATHETER care, or any other skill performed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Federal milage rate is 58.5 cents yet LHC is paying 43 cents, and just now increased the rate to 45 cents. I will never understand how such a big company cannot afford the federal rate.
