My experience with LHC has been wonderful since joining in 2018 until 3 months ago. My current supervisor is unfortunately toxic to the work environment, is untrustworthy, and has set back progress made thus far in many areas.
What makes you most happy at work?
Mentoring AEs. Increasing referrals. Working with branches to become more effective and efficient.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a fabulous team who love serving our patients, who are professionals in every way, and who are dedicated to their job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team that I serve with (except for my direct manager) live the mission of LHC and are outstanding leaders (Shelley, Nancy Childress, Chuck Hollingsworth, Tina Martin). Great team members that share ideas and work collaboratively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
LHC as a company fosters professional development and growth. They value collaboration and learning from mistakes. I have been extremely happy at LHC since joining the company in August of 2018. Unfortunately, this changed 3 months ago.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
for the most part, I am satisfied with my benefits. Recently, I was very disappointed to learn that LHC would use their self insured insurance status to deny a hearing aid for my child even though both the state of TN and LA both have insurance requirements in place that mandate coverage of this.
