Since starting in November, there have been multiple firings, hirings, people quititng, etc. There is poor direction from managers and directors and all we continue to hear is how "bad" our office is performing. Office staff does not know how to handle things.

my patients and how i help them on a daily basis
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are starting to be receptive to suggestions to improve things in the office including scheduling, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a salaried employee and am told about the importance of meeting productivity. Employees have had their hours dropped due to decreased productivity , however those of us that consistently go over productivity are not compensated at all. This is not comparable to ANY other home care agency.
