I really enjoy my job and some of my coworkers; however, I am concerned about not having the opportunity to advance further in my position due to not being a nurse. I'm not interested in nursing but am interested in advancing in the administrative area.

The leadership and team members at my current location are not very friendly or welcoming.

Having the ability to be flexible.

Very supportive and she actually listens to my concerns.

Being salary but I don't like having to still clock in.

Communication is bare minimum here. No one speaks to me.

Educating and understanding cultural differences. Team work and better software education.

I have my own office. My interaction with the negativity is minimum.

Actually doing the job they were hired to do. More positive attitudes and wanting to work as a team.

Having clear goals and responsibilities. I'm able to focus and help as much as I can with the ability to do more. I learn new duties everyday.

I have not had the opportunity to train and learn all of the aspects of my role. Some of the tasks assigned to me have been taken away and other tasks have not been taught. It's unfortunate because I've been here for 2 1/2 months and still need training. No one has time!
