being productive, I like staying busy and feeling accomplished at the end of the day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
2% raise per year is not sufficient - does not make you feel valued as an employee. The cost of health insurance is terrible. I can't afford to even use it as my monthly allotment goes out to premiums.
