What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most important part about the environment is that we support each other, and all efforts are made to put our patients first. Also we are supportive in each other's roles.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy in being the community's preferred provider and it is always satisfying to look for new referral sources. I find it very important to know that we are helping others and each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The group that I work with are a great team. They always have the patient at the forefront of all that they do. Our clinicians work at a team too. I feel that I work with the best of the best!
