I have been trained well however I did have issue with lack of communication and follow through with previous management. Since moving into a new role I have been much more comfortable and confident within my job and upper management. I feel heard, seen and understood.

I think my current supervisor keeps us engaged with positive reinforcement.

Open communication and assistance when needed the ability work together as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that we have a lot of room for additional compensation when you compare what we do to the market value.
