Too much change from executive team who clearly don't understand the market. Lower level management is fantastic, good to their word, hard working, direct, etc.

My manager, Tracey Taylor-Kolar, communicates, follows through and supports me very effectively.

Being challenged and learning, using these tools to increase my resources to referral sources

What are some of the best things about your team?
My ED, Randi Hudson, is FANTASTIC. She knows her job well, goes above and beyond, hires quality team members with similar qualities to herself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bonus program is not what I was promised when hired. I can only bonus on two insurances but need to build a network of referral sources. Now another new stipulation imposed, target scoring. Target scoring does not allow any rep (especially new) to develop relationships within the community.
