I love the staff that I work with. I wish LHC would more carefully consider some of the people they hire in management. some are wonderful, many make it very difficult to come into work. Overall my experience has been "ok", but it is quickly declining.

Better staffing and clearer goals. Company culture seems toxic. The team in the office/ ED is great though
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone is understaffed, I don't mind helping out, but it never seems good enough for higher ups. Better staffing, pay and benefits would be nice,
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Understanding of upper management. Many of the meetings that I attend, if someone brings up an issue, it seems to get brushed aside. Field staff retention is terrible.
