Tonya Batyzel our State Director is BEYOND positive and promotes that positive work environment. She shares information, jumps in as needed, makes you want to do more. She makes you feel recognized, she is POSITIVE CULTURE! Her motto, ALWAYS we can do this, let's figure it out together!

We are encouraged every day to grow our skills. We are given any and all tools we need. Our State Director is always very positive and open to new ideas to try. Quick to show gratitude, respect and genuine appreciation for all of her staff, not just direct reports! Most impressive, very meaningful.
