It is more affordable than my previous job. The benefits also cover much more than I was able to afford previously.

They have been so warm and welcoming. They truly opened up their arms to welcome me and integrate me into the team. If I have questions or any difficulty they are there to help and support me without hesitation.

The people. Everyone here is so friendly and open. I feel completely comfortable here and am confident that I will grow as a person and in my career. I see a bright future for myself here and I feel my leadership and team feel the same way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They don't just preach the culture, they live it. I've worked for a company who was proud of the culture they had, but that culture was not lived, it was only a description on the career website. Here, it can be felt in little actions and communications. This is a company that truly values culture.

They do a wonderful job keeping the pillars in mind. I feel supported and as if they are invested in my growth and learning. They make it clear that I am not just an employee ID, but instead a person who can be an asset to the company as a whole if given a strong foundation to grow on.
