Bullying, retaliation, slander- it should be addressed and appropriate action should be taken

Local clinical staff- strong clinical skills- a commitment to taking care of each and every patient
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our environment in our local Floyd Home Care branches is very negative and ruled from a fear standpoint.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My personal leadership team, sales, are wonderful. Our leadership in operations are very unprofessional and lead by fear in our local offices.
