My immediate manager and many of my coworkers are amazing. I feel valued by them. I don't always feel that way about management beyond my office; in the grand scheme of LHC Group I feel disposable. The way changes are passed down, with little advance notice or communication, is challenging.

Much of my team is invested in helping each other and making sure everyone is successful. The comradery is wonderful.
