I have been very happy working with the company, but they could give a little more consideration to the support staff. I feel that they are overlooked. Most incentives surround the clinicians only.

I like the people I work with.

Everyone gets along and has the same sense of humor.

Positive attitude and energy, of the people I personally work with.

The positive atmosphere, and energy of the people I work with.

The teamwork in the office, we come together to get things done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
That my personal time is not valued. When I have to work a weekend day I should be compensated for the time.

Support staff is not paid or valued like the field staff. I would like to get paid what I am worth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to jump in and help where needed. One of the reasons I like coming to work every day, I enjoy the people I work with.
