When I can resolve issues in database so our billing can be clean the first time

leadership is the best they are always there for you. They support you so everyone can grow together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase when cost of living goes up a certain percentage for a period of time instead of only 2% increases each year that just pay for the increase in benefits. Love LHC just need better benefits less cost out of pocket then I dont think we would need to raise for cost of living maybe
