I see the frustration on my coworkers face from lack of communication. Without great employees we have nothing!! We have got to come with a way to retain and hire! We cannot improve if we do not have the staff. I do not know if higher management even realizes the staff ratio turnover!!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
COMMUNICATION!!! Pay raise! We work hard and are dedicated, but not compensated for that. When you have to beg for a raise that is pathetic!! I think that higher management forgets that without the back office there would not be an agency!
