I do not call in sick - I come to work and do my job to the best of my abilities. I have applied for higher level jobs but have been overlooked in the past. They hire people for management with no management skills and those who are deceptive. It's very sad when this could be an awesome company.

To go years without a raise and have an excellent eval is no incentive
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Medical workers have the worst benefits - nurses are paid too little. this company does not care about loyalty from employees. It's the feeling anybody can be replaced for less cost
