What is the best part about your compensation package?
The STI are not paid out at a competitive rate. I think as a leader, you meeting the threshold, or exceeding your OM that you should be compensated more. This is the lowest incentive package, financially, that I have ever seen.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My executive director Lisa Huffines is amazing. I think because she has been a director before that she sees our jobs through her eyes also. She listens to us and takes forward our concerns and also tells us her opinion no matter if it is something we want to hear or not. Very professional leade
