My overall experience at LHC has been wonderful. I believe our home health is the best in this part of the state. "It's all about helping people" - our motto says it all. I believe we have been called to help more and more people. Can't think of a better way to spend my day than helping people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
From health insurance to 401-k to what I believe is competitive pay it's all a good package. We even get some credit off our cell phones thru LHC.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work together to get our jobs done. We all are willing to help each other even if it isn't part of our job description. We are definitely a team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is the best. Believe it or not we all get along. The office staff tries to do a yearly trip together over the weekend. I would say we are family.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that we are helping people in their time of need. I believe that it is important to assist senior citizens with there health care and emotional care. Going above and beyond to assist our patients makes for a good day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team keeps me motivated to always do the right thing. They lead by example. I know that sounds like an old cliche but it's true. It's much easier to work with people that instill good values thru their leadership abilities.
