Being able to lead individuals that I respect and empowering them to leave their footprint in the community

Each and every one of my team members have a servants heart and go above and beyond to ensure that all of our patients receive top notch care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am the Executive Administrator and oversee two branches at this time. Despite being the ED and PCM for both branches I have been told that I am not eligible for the bonuses associated with the titles.
