knowing that I make a real difference in the lives of the people I serve. This company takes it philosophy on servant leadership seriously. My first job is to serve patients and my coworkers. My job is to support theirs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are real people who truly care about what we do and the people who do it. There are long hours, hard work, difficult patients, last minute calls, but at the end of the day it really is "all about helping people." Employees are also people.
