It's ok. I have been here less than a year. There is no consistency since I have been here. I keep getting added responsibilities cause of the inconsistency.

They will help you whenever you need their assistant. They will also offer their assistance.

The limitation of a job position put on me that I would not have applied for and with no extra compensation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need a better understanding of the employee's work responsibilities. There is no consistency or fairness with the work responsibilities. Leadership needs to consider when adding new job responsibilities what effect it has on completing your work task.
