I have been with LHC 13 i love his company but have seen some bad things traveling
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Buy out agencies see LHC employees are outsiders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
LHC provides a lot of education and oppourtinty.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Staff are under paid and leaving for higher paying jobs. Everytime I've taken a new position my hourly pay has gone down.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Make agemcy viists. Boguht out agencies and joint ventures do not seem to accept they are now LHC and continue to carry previous company goals, culture, daily proccess, policies, and culture. Lhc goals are not clear but I am invested and have been for 13 years with LHC.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
As a travel nurse for LHC everything is good as long as I'm as i am woking 9-10 hour days bc I'm a salary position. Agencies and their ED they treat us travlers like work horsesif you say sonething then you're treated like an outcast or even beyond hatedul!! It's a bad culture for us travelers!!
