What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing. Management and supervisors are fake in your face and then talk about you in their meetings. My manager even referred me as a "ROACH" one day.

This company under pay their bottom-line employees but sell them dreams when we confront management about getting a raise. Treating their bottom-line people with more respect and pay us . We are the ones who do the grunt work and keep this company moving. We need to be compensated for additional work being put on us. We need to be compensated for the treatment. People will not stop quitting unless there is actual change

I've been in this department for over 1 year and there has been 6 people who have quit within that year.
