I have been with LHC Group now for 8 years. I LOVE my job and the people I work with. We are more like family than co-workers here at our agency. I love coming to work every day. I feel like I have a great support system here .

I like that we are salary and get to work towards the chance for an incentive bonus.

Very helpful and always able to answer questions or get you the answers you need. Always available when I need them

The relationships that I have built with some of my co-workers that I know will last a lifetime. Also, the relationships that I have built with my referral sources, patients, and residents of our community.
