What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have the chance to meet several different and amazing employees and patients and their family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
IT would be nice to get a yearly raise to help with the inflation that is happening at this present time, instead of a 2% raise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team is always here for me and takes the time to listen. Always willing to help others no matter how many other things they have to do that day. we have great team work here at the office.
