Local Agency team is wonderful. They are caring and supportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay cuts that were implemented a couple of years ago and our CEO getting a large bonus. No raises so basically im making less money now than I made when I started with this company 13 years ago. Inflation but no cost of living adjustments.
