There are constant issue that arise that are not being addressed appropriately or solved. Increasing revisit productivity points to 1 point vs 0.75 would equate to fair compensation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication between office and field staff is extremely poor. Clinician expectations of traveling long distances w poor wages is unreasonable. Having a person dedicated to managing productivity and traveling would be beneficial for both field and office staff.
