PTO accrual goes up incrementally each year, and they provide money for additional schooling.

They are always willing to help when needed. They provide the resources to make sure that we can provide the best care possible. They try to make a fun and positive work experience for all of their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company provides a culture of acceptance and accountability. The staff are held to high standards, but are provided with all of the education and resources needed to meet them. We are well staffed and although the expectations are high- they are realistic.
